Ms. Musu K Ceesay has over ten years experience in customer service and an experienced banker, with excellent organizational and time management skills, she is also a dedicated team player, committed to providing high-quality customer service, support and excellent problem solving skills at all organizational levels, she adapts easily to new concepts and responsibilities. After serving as Branch Manager in an International Bank she is currently a Senior Civil Servant at the Ministry of Tourism & Culture.

Matty Jobe worked as the Performing Arts Officer with the Gambian National Center for Arts and Culture, a statutory institution responsible for the preservation, promotion and development of the arts and culture in Gambia, a position she held for 5 years. She worked directly with artists, artistic groups, and associations engaged in music, dance, drama, and other cultural manifestations with a duty to help build capacity in these areas.

She is also the founder of the Gambia Youth Actors Association (GAMYAA) an organization devoted to building talent in the domains of music, theater, dance, and film.

Matty also serves as the Country Cordinator for the Fund for Hope Organization, which helps less privileged children with severe medical conditions who cannot afford oversea medical treatment.

She currently works as the Manager for State of Mic Multimedia Company

Mariatou J. Newlands is an african feminist, youth activist and a human rights advocate working to promote and protect the rights of women and children.

With an LLB & BL, she volunteers as the Programme Manager for Think Young Women and works full-time as a Trainee Associate at Amie Bensouda & Co Law Firm.

Mariatou is an affiliate of many national, regional and international organizations that work on women and children’s rights to ensure her vision is realized.

Fatou M. Jobe

Fatou is currently a Human Resources Assitant at Africell, with responsibilities of managing staff welfare, recruitment process and other internal roles.

Prior to joining the HR team, she worked as a corporate sales supervisor in the corporate department. She has also managed debt recovery projects with succseful outcomes.

Fatou is an outstanding team worker who performs task with integrity, determination and strong analytical skills.
